Canceling An Order

If you would like to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible at questions@esomclothing.com with your order invoice number. If the items have not been shipped, we will cancel and start the refund process. However, if you already received shipping confirmation, after you receive your items send us an email to start the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

What If The Item Too Big or Small?

All restocks on merchandise will be posted and updated via our Instagram page ESOM_Clothing. Also, if you have any questions regarding restocks or preorders feel free to send an email to questions@esomclothing.com

Do You Ship Internationally?

Sorry but at this time we only ship to U.S Territories. In the future as the business grows, we will definitely start shipping worldwide.
