Refund policy

• Returns are only accepted for unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition with all tags within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back without any stains, damages, odors, and/ or distinct smells including fragrances.

• Customers are responsible for shipping expenses. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, email us at elevatedsom2018@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. In the email provide you order number and description of the problem. If we conclude your request was on the company behalf, we will cover the return expenses.

• All discounted and clearance items are NON-REFUNABLE.
